Butt Pirate

Pirates! Hooks! Anus! Pirate hooks in anus! This comic is all I ever dreamed it could be. In fact this might very well the best we'll ever do. Eva.

So I've been looking forward to getting this new phone for a few months now and just got some bad news about it the other day. Has anyone else been keeping an eye on the HTC Touch HD? Yea, well, HTC thought it appropriate to announce through muthaf'n Twitter that they were shafting the US release.

"Sad news, US. we looked into it- by the time we could bring Touch HD to the states, it would be old news. we do have other cool stuff coming"

Uh-huh. That other cool stuff better be a Touch HD turbo-grafx Duo CD Disk system 32X that can scan my brain and filter my contacts list to include people I haven't even MET yet but I could score with on a whim. Also, a gaydar built in with GPS navigation for Joe would be the tops. HTC is just a bunch of butt pirates and this accouncement has made me lose complete and utter faith in them until they reveal the next cool thing they have.

Also, on a side note (isn't this all a side note?) If anyone is looking for a new set of headphones I highly recommend the Sony MDR-EX85LP. Those things can kick. They sound awesome, they look cool, they cured my leukemia, they made the girl next door talk to me and it even potty trained my gerbil. It's an amazing little piece of miracle work. The "Deep Bass" it advertises on the front doesn't exactly hit the mark but I'm so used to the two 12" polk subs in my car that I'm willing to say my perception of what "Deep Bass" is in a pair of earbud headphones is slightly warped. More warped than Space Pirate's childhood.

Today's update is obviously very late BUT according to the site stats, out page hits peak around 10-11pm EST anyway so....ta-da. A Review should be up tomorrow. I think starting next week the update schdule will change again. Reviews on Tuesdays and comics on Thursdays might work out better for us. You'll find you when we find out.
